Direct plumbing is not necessary. We have electric water pumps
that will automatically draw water to the machine as required
from a 5 gallon water bottle. Several (three) of our models
even have an internal reservoir that can be filled with a

popular choices such as chai tea, hot chocolate, and regular

11. No. HLF machines are not like the various "pod"
system which require a very specific coffee packet from a
specific company, usually at a very specifically high price
(generally 60-80 cents). While we would obviously prefer you
to purchase through us, our machines will grind any bean you
